Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before opting in to receive SMS notifications from Kim Yeung Ling P.C. By consenting to receive text messages, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Kim Yeung Ling P.C. sends automated and manual text messages to clients for transactional purposes, including monthly sales tax deadline reminders, accounting notifications, internal account updates, and billing status alerts.
Message frequency varies. You can typically expect to receive approximately 1 to 3 messages per month depending on your filing schedule and account activity.
Kim Yeung Ling P.C. does not charge for sending text messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US and Canadian mobile networks.
