Tax, Accounting, and Payroll Services for Individuals and Small/Medium-Sized Businesses

Our Vision
We want to provide a rewarding and collaborative environment where our staff can develop and grow professionally, provide for their families, and service our Community.
Our people are our most important asset. Therefore, we invest heavily in their development and training. We generally develop our accounting talent in-house. First, we hire talented entry-level staff at the Assistant level. We teach them the fundamentals of our accounting work, which includes completing tax returns, generating financial statements, and executing payroll. They receive mentorship, guidance, and training from a senior level staff member while being exposed to a wide variety of service lines and industries within our accounting practice.
Next, they become Jr. Accountants. Jr. Accountants start developing their client base while honing their accounting and research skills. They are expected to perform more independently while developing their client management skills. Despite their independence, they still receive guidance and support from senior level staff.
Finally, some Jr. Accountants are qualified to be promoted to Sr. Accountants. Sr. Accountants have developed areas of accounting expertise and are managing their own book of business. They may manage their own staff and/or develop new client relationships. They may also lead internal company initiatives that affect the Company as a whole. Our Sr. Accountants are generally very respected and reputable within our Community and are experts of their craft.
